Job Description

 Loan Sourcing: o Proactively generate leads through self-sourcing (cold calling, field visits, referrals, digital platforms, etc.). o Build and manage a reliable network of connectors such as property dealers, chartered accountants, and other channel partners to source loan applications. o Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to maximize conversion.  Client Relationship Management: o Engage with prospective borrowers to understand their financial needs and provide suitable loan products. o Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.  Application Processing: o Collect, verify, and ensure timely submission of all necessary documentation required for loan processing. o Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and disbursal of loans.  Compliance and Reporting: o Ensure all applications comply with regulatory and organizational credit guidelines. o Maintain accurate records of lead sourcing, customer interactions, and loan application statuses. o Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.
