Job Description

Drive insurance sales via bank channels; manage client relations & achieve targets. Drive insurance sales through assigned bank branches by building strong customer relationships, conducting regular client meetings, and delivering personalized insurance solutions. Collaborate closely with bank staff to generate leads, explain product features, and achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain high service standards to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention. Responsible for documentation, policy issuance, and handling customer queries post-sale. Key Responsibilities: Drive life/general insurance sales through bank branch channels. Build and maintain relationships with bank staff and clients. Generate leads and convert them into policy sales. Conduct need-based financial planning for clients. Ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards. Achieve assigned sales and service targets.
