As a B2B Insurance Relationship Manager at Gromo, you will play a crucial role in driving growth in Motor & Health Insurance. Your primary responsibilities will include onboarding and activating agents for motor and health insurance, building strong relationships to ensure consistent business, training agents on products and sales techniques, achieving sales targets through the partner network, coordinating for smooth policy issuance and post-sale support, as well as tracking agent performance and providing regular guidance. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales of motor or health insurance, along with an existing network of insurance agents. A strong knowledge of motor and health insurance products is essential, coupled with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You should be self-motivated, target-driven, and possess a problem-solving mindset. While a Bachelor's degree is preferred, relevant experience and skills will also be considered.
