Relationship Manager/Relationship officer-HL/LAP

As a Sales Officer Gold Loan, your primary role is to source Gold Loan Customers from the Open Market through various marketing activities, cold calls, and references. You will also collaborate closely with branches to convert branch leads into Gold Loan business. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct marketing activities in the open market daily to generate leads. - Follow up on branch leads and convert them into successful deals. - Ensure the conversion of leads into loan logins. - Achieve the assigned monthly productivity targets. - Source and maintain a quality loan portfolio. Roles and Responsibilities: - Meet the daily sourcing budget targets in terms of numbers and value. - Map the assigned area to identify potential customers. - Generate leads through various activities for acquiring new customers. - Record all leads in the management system daily. - Meet at least 10 new customers daily and maintain the Daily Sale Report. - Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new customers by coordinating with branch staff. - Educate customers about scheme details, interest servicing, and renewals. - Manage your diary efficiently and adhere to appointments promptly. - Stay updated on products, industry practices, and trends to suggest necessary changes.
