Relationship Manager_Broking

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Authorized Partners (APs) to drive business growth and enhance partner revenue. Your key responsibilities will include providing training, mentoring, and activation support for business partners, ensuring compliance with regulatory and procedural standards, and promoting stock broking products such as Smallcase, Stock SIP, MTF, Investments & Trading. Additionally, you will need to engage, motivate, and develop business partnerships while delivering service excellence and meeting key business KPIs. To excel in this role, you are required to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in broking/financial markets, strong communication & relationship management skills, and good knowledge of financial markets & trading. You should also be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
