Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager Working Capital, located in Patiala. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and enhancing the working capital portfolio of the bank. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, assessing client needs, providing suitable financial solutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves preparing credit proposals, conducting financial analysis, and working closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management and client servicing skills
• Experience in credit analysis and financial assessment
• Knowledge of banking products and services, especially in working capital management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a diverse portfolio and work in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in the financial or banking sector
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software
