We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to drive growth in the Used Car Loan segment.

Role Overview:

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for sourcing and managing business for the Used Car Loan category through direct customers, car dealers, and DSA channels. This role requires strong market knowledge, relationship-building skills, and a target-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and build relationships with car dealers, DSAs, brokers, and customers.

• Generate leads for used car loans and convert them into successful disbursements.

• Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements to customers.

• Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams for quick processing.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with dealers and clients for repeat business.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Stay updated on local market trends, pricing, and competitor activities

Experience:

2–4 years of experience in Used Car Loans / Auto Finance / Vehicle Loan Sales.
