Job Description

Key Responsibilities

As a Relationship Manager, your primary focus will be managing the sales funnel from lead to closure:

Lead Management:
Handle and nurture warm, qualified leads from digital platforms and internal customer databases.
No cold calling required.
Sales Conversion:
Conduct professional site visits, product presentations, and facilitate seamless online bookings to ensure a high sales closure rate.
Client Nurturing:
Successfully manage and track all leads through the sales funnel, providing continuous engagement and ensuring a positive, professional customer journey.
Relationship Building:
Establish strong,
long-term client relationships
to maximize repeat business and referral opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and attributes:

Communication:

Excellent verbal fluency in English, Hindi, AND Marathi is essential.
Experience:
Proven background in Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management.

Real Estate industry experience is strongly preferred.

Attitude:
Must be presentable, highly self-motivated, disciplined, and possess a strong target-driven mindset.
Commitment:

Willingness to work 6 days a week is mandatory.
Qualification:
