Job Description

Designation - Relationship Manager Location - Bangalore Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential customers interested in housing and affordable loan products. Assess customer financial profiles and recommend suitable loan products based on their requirements and eligibility. Guide customers through the entire loan process, including application, documentation, verification, and disbursement. Maintain and nurture relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Educate customers about affordable housing schemes, subsidies, interest rates, and repayment options. Coordinate with internal teams such as credit, underwriting, and legal for smooth loan processing. Achieve assigned individual sales targets and contribute to overall branch or region loan growth. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and proper documentation. Keep updated with market trends, competitor products, and changes in regulatory policies related to housing finance. Prepare regular reports on client interactions, pipeline status, and sales achievements. Resolve client queries and complaints promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.
