Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Mumbai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering personalized real estate solutions. Day-to-day tasks will include client consultations, property showings, and coordination with different teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will be responsible for market research and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of real estate trends.

Qualifications

Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Consultation skills
Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
Market Research and Knowledge of Real Estate trends
Organizational and Coordination skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
Prior experience in real estate or a related field is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
