Job Description

Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, fostering trust and understanding. Needs Assessment: Understand client needs, preferences, and concerns to provide tailored solutions. Problem Solving: Resolve client issues and complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients, suggesting products/services that meet their needs. Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, keeping them informed and engaged. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, like sales and marketing, to improve the customer experience. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Language: English (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 20/06/2025
