Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Manager (Social Media)
Company: Shivaay
Location: On-site, Zirakpur
Working Hours: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Working Days: 6 days a week
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on skills & experience)

About the Role

Shivaay is looking for a proactive and smart Relationship Manager (Social Media) who can handle and nurture customer relationships through online/social media platforms, respond to queries, and ensure high-quality customer experience during night hours.

This role is perfect for someone who is fluent in English, confident in communication, and enjoys interacting with people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to customer queries received through social media/online platforms (chat, DMs, comments, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide accurate information about services/products and resolve basic customer concerns.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Coordinate with internal teams if any issue needs escalation.
  • Monitor social media engagement and ensure professional, brand-aligned responses.
  • Maintain quality in communication – polite, clear, and solution-oriented.

Must-Have Skills

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) – mandatory
  • Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills
  • Good typing speed and online communication etiquette
  • Ability to handle multiple chats/inquiries at a time
  • Professional, calm, and patient while dealing with customers
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work night shift

Eligibility & Other Details

  • Work Mode: On-site only (Zirakpur)
  • Shift: Night shift (9 PM – 6 AM)
  • Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years in customer support / social media handling / CRM preferred
  • Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (as per experience, communication & performance in interview)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
