Role & responsibilities

Business Development & Client Acquisition
sourcing new SME clients
Relationship Management
– maintaining and deepening client relationships
Credit Assessment
– understanding financials, preparing CAMs, coordinating with credit teams
Product Knowledge
– SME loans, working capital, term loans, trade finance, overdrafts
Portfolio Management
– monitoring account performance, renewals, and early warning signals
Cross-selling
– promoting other bank products like CASA, insurance, treasury solutions
Market & Industry Awareness
– tracking sector trends and competitor offerings
Negotiation & Communication Skills
– for structuring deals and handling client queries
