As a NEXA Relationship Manager, your role involves building and maintaining relationships with both prospective and existing customers. This includes establishing rapport, understanding their needs, and providing personalized service. To achieve sales targets, you are expected to drive sales effectively using sales techniques and by understanding customer requirements. Providing product information and advice is crucial, as you need to be knowledgeable about NEXA's products and services, answer inquiries, and offer guidance. Handling customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively is also a key responsibility. You will also be involved in lead generation, business development, and managing customer amenities such as Valet services and Pantry facilities. Key Responsibilities: - Building and maintaining relationships with customers - Achieving sales targets - Providing product information and advice - Handling customer inquiries and complaints - Lead generation and business development - Managing customer amenities - Collaborating with other teams - Using CRM systems - Understanding and fulfilling customer requirements - Ensuring customer satisfaction Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management systems - Ability to understand financing options and guide customers on documentation - Fluent in English, Telugu, and Hindi - Prior experience in sales or customer service roles preferred The company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, provident fund, and performance bonuses.
