Relationship Manager - Sales

As a NEXA Relationship Manager, your role involves building and maintaining relationships with both prospective and existing customers. This includes establishing rapport, understanding their needs, and providing personalized service. To achieve sales targets, you are expected to drive sales effectively using sales techniques and by understanding customer requirements. Providing product information and advice is crucial, as you need to be knowledgeable about NEXA's products and services, answer inquiries, and offer guidance. Handling customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively is also a key responsibility. You will also be involved in lead generation, business development, and managing customer amenities such as Valet services and Pantry facilities.
