Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Pune. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients and partners, assessing client needs, advising on suitable loan products, and ensuring a smooth loan application process. Tasks include building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, handling client queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the loan application process.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle client queries
• Sales and relationship management skills, including experience in advising clients on loan products
• Knowledge of financial products, especially loans and credit cards
• Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
• Experience in the banking, finance, or related industry is a plus
