📍location- Barakhamba Road, New Delhi.
• Responsible for all aspects of products w.r.t features, positioning, the sales pitch for existing as well as new products such as Mutual Funds, Debt Instruments, Fixed Deposits, Bonds/NCDs etc.
• Managing investments & maintaining Client relationships, interact directly with clients, reviewing their portfolios, giving regular updates, resolving their queries
• Create plans to address clients business needs
• Advise clients on creating profitable processes
• Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied
• Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
• Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and product
• Developing and implementing sales strategies for the business across all channels.
• Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (eg - Salesforce)
• A customer-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Having Experience in B2B sales
