Position Summary: The Relationship Manager Sales is responsible for driving direct sales through proactive engagement with prospects and clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and managing high-net-worth individual (HNI) client relationships. Job Requirements: Experience: o Prior experience in direct sales, HNI client handling, and field sales. o Background in industries like timeshare/travel, insurance, real estate, or banking is preferred. Skills: o Strong communication skills in English and local language. o Excellent interpersonal and decision-making abilities. o Ability to convert prospects into customers effectively.
