Job Summary

The Relationship Manager – Retail Sales is responsible for driving insurance sales and achieving Gross Written Premium (GWP) targets through client acquisition and agent management. The role includes recruiting and supporting agents, providing accurate quotations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new clients and promote insurance products across assigned areas.
Recruit, train, and manage agents to achieve sales and renewal targets.
Provide quotations, finalize policies, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Maintain strong client and agent relationships to drive repeat business.
Submit regular sales reports and ensure achievement of monthly GWP goals
