Job Description

As a Sales Manager, your primary goal is to drive sales and achieve business targets, specifically focusing on home loans and cross-selling opportunities. You will be responsible for managing the sales process, retaining and expanding the customer base, and maximizing sales through various channels. Your key responsibilities will include aggressively pursuing sales targets, enhancing client relationships, managing DSA networks effectively, and developing new builder/channel relationships to explore new markets. Additionally, you will be required to work closely with internal departments such as Operations and Credit to ensure smooth processing of files from login to disbursement. In terms of team management, you will need to optimize team productivity, lead ground lead generation activities, and provide necessary training and motivation to your team of relationship managers to achieve business targets effectively. It is crucial for you to stay updated on market trends and competitor intelligence to develop successful sales and marketing strategies. Your insights into market dynamics will also be valuable in providing feedback to the central product and policy team for staying ahead in the competitive market landscape. Ensuring compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations, company processes, policies, and reports will be a key aspect of your role. Your qualifications should include a Graduate degree, with preference given to Masters/Postgraduate qualifications. Overall, your role as a Sales Manager will involve strategic planning, effective team management, market analysis, and compliance adherence to drive sales growth and business success.,
