Relationship Manager - Retail Sales - Housing

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and ensure that business targets for home loans are achieved. You will be tasked with aggressively increasing sales numbers, enhancing client relationships, and expanding the customer base. Additionally, you will be required to maximize sales through a network of Direct Selling Agents (DSA) and maintain strong liaisons with clients for repeat business. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales numbers for home loans and cross-selling to achieve business targets - Retain and expand the customer base for home loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) channel - Manage relationships with connectors and builders to maximize sales through DSAs - Develop new builder/channel relationships to penetrate new markets - Ensure timely processing of files from login to disbursement by liaising with internal departments - Optimize team productivity by managing a team of relationship managers - Lead team in ground lead generation activities for sales - Supervise the team for growth agenda implementation through training and motivation - Stay updated on market trends and competitor intelligence to develop effective sales strategies - Provide feedback to the central product and policy team based on market understanding - Ensure compliance with all Audit/NHB regulations and company policies Qualification Required: - Graduate degree required - Masters/Postgraduate degree preferred,
