Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank, responsible for managing retail mortgages and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their mortgage needs and provide tailored solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships to increase revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of mortgage products and services.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and developments.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of retail mortgages and the BFSI industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with financial institutions and understanding of regulatory requirements.
