Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank, with 3-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail mortgages and sales.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed monthly targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure long-term relationships.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of retail mortgages and sales principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working with diverse client groups and building strong relationships.
