We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in retail mortgages and sales, with a strong background in inclusive banking. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends. Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in retail mortgages and sales, preferably in an inclusive banking environment. Strong knowledge of the BFSI sector, particularly in retail mortgages and sales. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience working with diverse client groups, including those from underprivileged backgrounds.
