Relationship Manager Retail Agri

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships in the Agri & Rural segment.
Drive business growth through sourcing and managing Agri loans (Crop Loans, Kisan Credit Card, Tractor Loans, Dairy, Poultry, and allied activities).
Ensure timely processing, documentation, and disbursement of agricultural loans.
Identify new business opportunities in rural and semi-urban areas.
Achieve assigned business targets and cross-sell banking products (savings, insurance, term deposits, etc.).
Conduct field visits for credit assessment and customer engagement.
Maintain portfolio quality by ensuring regular follow-ups, collection, and monitoring of accounts.
Work closely with local communities, agri dealers, and associations to expand market reach.
Adhere to bank policies, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
