Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly and quarterly
sales targets
for
Loan Against Property (LAP)
through
open market sourcing
and strong business relationships.
Generate new business leads by identifying potential customers and converting them through direct sales efforts and
channel partner collaboration
(e.g., DSA, connectors, brokers).
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure proper
documentation
and follow internal processes for timely and compliant case closures.
Work closely with internal teams (credit, legal, and operations) for seamless loan processing and disbursement.
Stay updated with local market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and conversions using CRM tools or sales tracking systems.

Candidate Profile:

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in
Home Loan or LAP
segment (mandatory).
Education:
Undergraduate or Graduate in any stream (Undergraduates are eligible to apply).
Strong understanding of
mortgage products
, loan structures, documentation, and credit evaluation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Must be target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field.
Local candidates or those familiar with
Jamnagar's
real estate and customer base will be preferred.
