Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Noida. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing real estate consultation, facilitating property transactions, and ensuring client satisfaction. Key tasks include identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, managing client accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless service. The role demands regular interactions with clients to support their real estate goals and guarantee a high level of service.

• Strong skills in client relationship management
• Experience in B2C Sales or real estate consultation and property transactions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts
• Knowledge of local real estate market and industry trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
