Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager-Real Estate Sales located in Pune. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing personalized real estate consultancy, and facilitating end-to-end support for residential and commercial transactions. Daily tasks include identifying client needs, presenting suitable property options, negotiating deals, guiding clients through the paperwork, and ensuring a seamless transaction experience. This role also involves continuous market research and staying updated with the latest real estate trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Real Estate Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Consultancy
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct Market Research and trend analysis
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other real estate tools
• Capability to provide personalized consultancy and end-to-end transaction support
• Ethical, transparent, and client-focused approach
• Knowledge of RERA regulations and real estate compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
