Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships in the unlisted & pre-IPO equity space.
• Handle end-to-end execution of deals in unlisted shares and pre-IPO opportunities.
• Maintain regular communication with clients for market updates and investment opportunities.
• Ensure smooth client servicing and deal closure.
• Contribute towards business growth by onboarding and retaining institutional & HNI partners.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in the same field (Unlisted Equity & Pre-IPO only).

• Strong existing network of B2B clients in private markets.

• Knowledge of unlisted share pricing, demand-supply trends, and transaction processes.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
