Job Description: We are looking for a Relationship Manager with proven experience in unlisted equity and pre-IPO markets . The candidate will be responsible for managing B2B client relationships, executing deals, and expanding our network in the private equity market. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong B2B client relationships in the unlisted & pre-IPO equity space. Handle end-to-end execution of deals in unlisted shares and pre-IPO opportunities. Maintain regular communication with clients for market updates and investment opportunities. Ensure smooth client servicing and deal closure. Contribute towards business growth by onboarding and retaining institutional & HNI partners. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in the same field (Unlisted Equity & Pre-IPO only). Strong existing network of B2B clients in private markets. Knowledge of unlisted share pricing, demand-supply trends, and transaction processes.
