Preferred Background:

Eligibility Criteria:

✔ Graduate in any discipline✔ 1–5 years of relevant sales or distribution experience✔ Strong communication, relationship management & networking skills

Key Responsibilities

:• Recruit & manage Life Insurance Agents and Certified Financial Advisors• Build and nurture a high-performing partner network (CAs, DSAs, MFDs, Brokers, )• Drive Life Insurance sales through partner-led distribution• Conduct regular training & ensure partner activation• Achieve monthly sales targets & consistent business growth• Build long-term, high-engagement partner relationships
