Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Palakkad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and recommending suitable insurance products. Daily responsibilities include engaging with clients, following up on leads, maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring timely communication, and working towards achieving individual and team targets. The individual will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in managing client relationships, effective communication, and delivering excellent customer service
• Strong understanding of insurance or financial products, contract negotiation, and sales techniques
• Ability to achieve targets, work under pressure, and deliver timely results
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a customer-centric mindset
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office suite, and understanding digital communication platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the insurance or finance industry is an advantage
• Fluency in English and Malayalam is highly desirable
• Passion for building relationships and working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
