Role & responsibilities

Responsible for acquiring and managing clients in the middle market segment (1001500 Cr turnover), offering a full suite of banking products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Generation:

    Achieve targets on earnings, assets, liabilities, and credit quality.
  • Relationship Management:

    Acquire new clients, assess financial needs, structure deals, and manage ongoing relationships while optimizing risk-reward.
  • Product Communication:

    Promote and position bank products effectively in the market.
  • Market Research:

    Analyze competition, consumers, and market conditions.
  • Credit Appraisal:

    Conduct financial and risk analysis of client proposals.
  • Documentation & Compliance:

    Ensure high standards in documentation, communication, and adherence to processes and regulatory requirements.
