Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 9 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in managing Mutual Funds relationships. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales of Mutual Funds products. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through networking and referrals. Provide excellent customer service and promptly resolve client queries and issues. Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on market trends and product knowledge. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization. Build and maintain a strong understanding of client needs and preferences. Job Requirements Minimum 4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in Mutual Funds sales or relationship management. Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.
