Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Mutual Funds. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored investment solutions. Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in client portfolios. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective investment strategies for clients. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes to remain competitive and innovative. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships to drive revenue growth. Job Requirements Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in the BFSI industry, preferably with a focus on Mutual Funds. Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience working with diverse client groups and providing tailored investment solutions.
