Specializing in financial inclusion, MRHMFL offers products such as home purchase, construction, renovation, and commercial property loans, among others.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored mortgage and housing finance solutions. Day-to-day tasks include client interaction, financial assessment, providing product information, processing loan applications, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to streamline services and achieve business targets.

Qualifications

Client relationship management and customer service skills
Financial assessment and mortgage product knowledge
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in the housing finance sector is an advantage
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
