Role Description

This full-time on-site role is located in Ranchi. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs, and providing appropriate solutions. Day-to-day tasks include client servicing, policy issuance, claims assistance, cross-selling insurance products, and maintaining client records. The role requires active coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
