Job Title: Virtual Relationship Manager (Kotak Mahindra Bank) Department: Sales / Customer Relationship Employment Type: Full-Time (On Kotak Bank Payroll) Location: Wagle Estate, Thane West Key Responsibilities: Handle customer interactions over calls for Kotak banking products. Drive sales and cross-sell banking products and services. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Provide professional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and trust. Achieve assigned sales and service targets. Eligibility Criteria:Gender: Male / Female Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in Banking Sales / BPO Telecalling. (Freshers not eligible) Education: Graduate (Any stream) Age: 18 to 32 years Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English Skills Required: Strong mathematical and calculation ability Persuasive and confident telecalling skills Customer-focused with good interpersonal skills Requirements: No employment gap exceeding 6 months will be considered. Candidate must be polished and professional.
