Relationship Manager - JLG

Role Overview: As a Relationship Manager-JLG, your primary responsibility is to deepen relationships with banking accounts and provide exceptional service to customers. You will be tasked with identifying potential customers, converting them into business opportunities, and creating Joint Liability Groups and centers. Additionally, you will lead a team to drive client acquisition, establish household-level relationships, and maximize the lifetime value of each customer. Key Responsibilities: - Deepen the existing portfolio to enhance customer loyalty. - Coordinate zoning activities to understand household needs in designated areas. - Perform end-user checks after loan disbursal while meeting group loan booking targets. - Identify client needs, explore cross-selling opportunities, and generate additional revenue. - Expand liabilities business in new markets through lead generation and account opening. - Meet individual and branch sales targets through new business sales, referrals, and account retention. - Ensure high collections efficiency through disciplined processes. - Conduct field audits and customer verifications to maintain account quality. - Stay updated on market trends, competitor practices, and customer feedback to inform growth strategies. - Propose service enhancements and operational improvements across the branch network. - Supervise a team of field officers, overseeing their development and retention.
