Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jabalpur for the position of Relationship Manager - Sales Insurance Retail Recruit POSP/MPOSP. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, promoting a wide range of insurance products, identifying customer needs, and delivering personalized financial solutions. Other day-to-day tasks involve prospecting and acquiring new clients, providing post-sale support, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Sales and marketing expertise, with the ability to identify customer requirements and match them with suitable insurance products.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills for understanding customer challenges and providing appropriate solutions.
• Knowledge of the insurance domain and financial products is preferred. A proactive and result-oriented approach is essential.
• Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the cultural and business context of rural and Tier 3/4 locations is an advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
• Previous sales or relationship management experience in the financial services or insurance industry is desirable.
