Job Description

Manage and grow client relationships for Life & Non-Life Insurance products
Focus on Health, Motor, and Personal Accident (PA) insurance portfolios
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Generate quotations and support policy issuance and endorsements
Handle renewals and ensure timely follow-ups with clients
Coordinate with insurers for underwriting approvals
Assist clients with claims documentation and follow-ups
Maintain accurate policy and customer records
Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies
Deliver high levels of customer service and retention

Develop long-term relationships with clients through proactive engagement and regular service follow-ups.
Support cross-selling and up-selling of insurance products to enhance portfolio growth.
Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes to provide accurate guidance to clients.
