Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for individually acquiring and nurturing relationships of the bank through wealth products. Your role will require a good knowledge of banking products such as Life Insurance (LI), General Insurance (GI), Mutual Funds (MF), and Gold. Key Responsibilities: - Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets. - Build and deepen relationships with existing Wealth Customers to increase share of wallet and revenues. - Provide professional customer service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. - Focus on ongoing self-development. - Manage the portfolio to de-risk against attrition and achieve stability of the book. - Monitor key performance indicators at the highest level. - Possess complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of profile, demographics, psychographics, and assets in the Bank and other places. - Achieve the set targets in terms of product mix. - Maximize sales process efficacy by achieving best-in-class productivity. - Meet the budgeted cross-sell targets. - Implement aggressive sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals. - Ensure coverage of the customer base as per the Group approved Relationship Matrix. - Manage customer transitions with utmost sensitivity. - Maintain awareness of all policies and procedures related to money laundering prevention. - Ensure compliance with these policies and procedures on an ongoing basis. - Report any suspicious transactions immediately to the supervising officer. Qualifications Required: - AMFI certification is mandatory.,
