Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, located in Pali, Jalore, Sheo (Barmer), Jaisalmer, Mohangarh, Dhanari (Jodhpur) Branches.The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying customer needs, providing personalized banking solutions, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities also include maintaining a high level of service quality, achieving sales targets, and handling customer queries and issues effectively. Experience in Debt Servicing will be added advantage.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage customer relationships
Sales and marketing skills to identify and promote banking products
Problem-solving and analytical skills to address customer needs and provide solutions
Knowledge of banking products and services
Ability to work independently and in a team
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
