Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
  • Sales & Business Development:

    Drive NBFC sales, generate leads, and convert them into successful business opportunities.
  • Policy Issuance & Backend Support:

    Handle policy issuance and provide backend operational support.
  • Lead Generation:

    Identify potential clients through various channels and follow up diligently to close deals.
  • Follow-ups & Coordination:

    Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and coordinate internally for smooth execution.

Skills & Qualification required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • MBA preferred; 1-2 years of experience in NBFC sales, Freshers can also apply 
  • Strong client management and relationship-building abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new ideas and processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
  • Basic understanding of financial products and NBFC operations (preferred but not mandatory)
