Relationship Manager - HNI-Kotak Private Banking-Relationship Manager

As a Relationship Manager - HNI, your core responsibility is to manage and grow a portfolio of High Net-Worth Individuals by offering personalized ficial solutions and delivering exceptional service.

Your role will encompass the following key areas

• Client Acquisition & Business Development Identify and acquire new HNI clients through strategic networking, referrals, and market research. Explore and develop new territories to expand the client base and increase market penetration. Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and convert leads into long-term relationships.
• Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned HNI clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction. Understand clients ficial goals, preferences, and risk profiles to deliver customized solutions. Strengthen client relationships to increase share of wallet and ensure long-term retention.
• Investment Advisory & Ficial Planning Provide expert guidance on ficial planning, asset allocation, and portfolio structuring. Recommend suitable investment products across asset classes including equity, debt, mutual funds, structured products, and alternative investments. Stay abreast of market trends and economic developments to offer timely and relevant advice.
• Portfolio Management & Revenue Growth Monitor client portfolios regularly to ensure alignment with ficial objectives and market conditions. Drive growth in Assets Under Management (AUM) by cross-selling Kotak s suite of banking and investment products. Identify opportunities to enhance revenue through upselling and product bundling.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with internal teams across banking, insurance, and investment divisions to deliver comprehensive ficial solutions. Coordinate with product specialists and research analysts to provide clients with expert insights and recommendations.
• Compliance & Risk Management Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and documentation standards. Maintain high levels of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism in all client interactions. Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure adherence to risk and compliance frameworks.
• Sales Target Achievement Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and client acquisition metrics. Prepare and present performance reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement. Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the overall growth of the Private Banking business.
