Relationship Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers. Your role will involve resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Keeping customers updated on the latest products will be crucial to increasing sales and retention rates. In this position, you will have the opportunity to meet with High Net-worth Individual (HNA) customers to strategically plan and implement initiatives aimed at improving sales. You will also play a vital role in expanding our customer base through upselling and cross-selling techniques. Understanding the unique and individual needs of each customer will be essential in providing personalized solutions and exceeding their expectations. Additionally, familiarity with the competitive landscape will enable you to strategize effectively and stay ahead in the market. We are particularly interested in candidates with a background in NBFC, Insurance & Banking, or the Automobile Industry.
