The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals and deals with MICRO LAPS and lap
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in LAP or Micro LAP sales is typically required.
Communication: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for client interactions and relationship building.
Local market knowledge: A good understanding of the local market and community is often preferred.
Business development: Generate new business in the Micro LAP and Home Loan segments by acquiring customers through open market and DSA channels.
Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Sales and targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets for loan origination, disbursement, and fee income.
Loan process management: Manage the entire loan lifecycle for each client, from lead generation to final disbursement.
