We're looking for a people‑oriented relationship manager to build and nurture partnerships with key clients, drive business growth, and ensure customer delight.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of existing clients; understand their goals and offer tailored solutions.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities; collaborate with sales teams to close deals.
- Resolve client issues promptly, escalate when needed, and ensure satisfaction.
- Build rapport with decision‑makers; network at industry events and organize client meetings.
- Prepare client pitches, proposals, and periodic business reviews.
- Work with product, marketing, and support teams to deliver value to clients.
- Achieve targets for client retention, revenue growth, and referrals.
