Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• You will manage the top users of the Ludo Star or Parchisi Star and be responsible for their retention.
• You will establish and manage relationships to drive user spend and engagement of the user on the apps.
• You will connect with them and make strong user relationships with these users on WhatsApp or any other platform.
• You will understand user needs and make an action plan to provide them with better services to upsell.
  

Requirements

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• 2 years of experience as a VIP Relationship Manager for the respective language in audio live streaming service, Real money gaming, or casual games.
• Experience dealing with US-based customers.
• Demonstrates a high level of integrity in the professional domain.
• Process-oriented person who can work in operations by following the SOP.
• Empathy to understand the top users issues and effectively resolve them.
• Proficient in MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and MS Word (or Google Docs).
• Ability to analyze the implications of online communications and messages.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in the native language.
• Strong Analytical and Logical Reasoning skills.
• Attention to detail, good observational skills, and problem-solving.
