The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high net worth clients, providing them with personalized financial solutions and building long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new high net worth clients through various channels such as referrals, networking, and cold calling Understand the financial needs and goals of clients and provide them with customized solutions to meet their requirements Cross-sell and upsell a range of retail banking products and services such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, loans, and investment products Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty Monitor and analyze the performance of the portfolio and take necessary actions to achieve sales targets Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors' offerings to provide clients with the best possible solutions Collaborate with other teams within the bank to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients Comply with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Knowledge of local market and customer preferences in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh If you are a self-driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and relationship management, we would love to hear from you.
