Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Act as the

    primary point of contact

    for client queries, service requests, and investment needs.
  • Cross-sell and upsell

    relevant financial products based on client needs and risk profile.
  • Ensure

    timely renewals

    of insurance and investment products to improve retention.
  • Proactively ask for

    referrals

    from existing clients and help expand the client base.
  • Handle complete

    onboarding of new clients

    including KYC, documentation, and product explanation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Keep clients informed about their portfolio, market updates, and relevant opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
